HOT CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL FLAVOURS All drinks are made with Valrhona chocolate, and named according to the love poem 'To Earthward' by Frost Two drinks will be featured every day: "The Sweet of Bitter Dark" and one other (see schedule below.) PLEASE NOTE: Beaucoup Bakery is closed on Mondays. #01 - "THE SWEET OF BITTER DARK" Bitter dark drinking chocolate served with a small edible chosen to pair with this drink. Available: January 19 - February 14 #02 - "LOVE AT THE LIPS" Manjari drinking chocolate with passionfruit served with a small edible chosen to pair with this drink. Available: January 19 - 25 #03 - "PETAL OF A ROSE" Vanilla bean white hot chocolate with rose, served with a small edible chosen to pair with this drink. Available: January 26 - February 1 #04 - "JOY & SALT" Caramel milk hot chocolate with sea salt, served with a small edible chosen to pair with this drink. Available: February 2 - 8 #05 - "BURNING CLOVE" Dark hot chocolate with smoked spices, served with a small edible chosen to pair with this drink. Available: February 9 - 14 _________________________________________________ ABOUT BEAUCOUP BAKERY:Beaucoup Bakery opened its doors just before Christmas 2012, offering French-inspired pastries and childhood favourites. Owner and baker, Jackie Ellis, has loved baking since she was a little girl. After running her own design firm for several years, she closed up her company and set off for Paris to study pastry making. Upon returning, the concept for Beaucoup Bakery emerged, the result of being equally passionate about the fine pastries of France and the comforting creations of childhood memories. “There’s nothing like a perfect slice of apple pie but tarte tatin is also heavenly,” says Jackie. “In my mind, neither one is better than the other. At Beaucoup Bakery, we want to share amazing food, prepared with passion. The biggest compliment we can receive is seeing someone’s eyes roll back and hear to them say that it’s the best thing they’ve ever tasted!
