ABOUT SCHOKOLADE ARTISAN CHOCOLATES & CAFE


Schokolade Artisan Chocolates are produced in small quantities with fresh ingredients with very little or no mechanized equipment. Their Chocolatier uses ganache, made from local dairy cream, chocolate, and pure fruit juice. This offers tremendous freedom in using any flavour combinations, ingredients, or decorating techniques.
