HOT CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL FLAVOURS:


Surprise Flower - 64% dark chocolate - origin: Ecuador. Infused with the flower of the day.
Perhaps: Jasmine, Violet or Hibiscus.

Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily)
Available: January 19, 25, 31 and February 6, 12

Anise - 66% dark chocolate - origin: Mexico. Infused with aniseed
Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily)
Available: January 18, 24, 30 and February 5, 11

Cardamom - 66% dark chocolate - origin: Mexico.Infused with cardamom
Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily)
Available: January 17, 23, 29 and February 4, 10,

Orange Blossom Flower - 64% dark chocolate - origin: Ecuador. Infused with orange blossom flowers.
Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily)
Available: January 14, 20, 26 and Feb 1, 7, 13

Lavander - 64% dark chocolate - origin: Ecuador. Infused with lavender flowers.
Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily)
Available: January 16, 22, 28 and February 3, 9,

Rose - 64% dark chocolate - origin: Ecuador. Infused with rose petals.
Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily)
Available: January 15, 21, 27 and February 2, 8, 14


Two types of drinking chocolates are available: Sipping Chocolate (thick and creamy) or Hot Chocolate (light and foamy). All drinks prepared for the festival contain milk, but vegan options are offered on the regular menu, along with kid-friendly options.
