Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily) Available: January 19, 25, 31 and February 6, 12 Anise - 66% dark chocolate - origin: Mexico. Infused with aniseed Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily) Available: January 18, 24, 30 and February 5, 11 Cardamom - 66% dark chocolate - origin: Mexico.Infused with cardamom Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily) Available: January 17, 23, 29 and February 4, 10, Orange Blossom Flower - 64% dark chocolate - origin: Ecuador. Infused with orange blossom flowers. Served with: Dark Chocolate Ganache Mini Tart (flavour changes daily) Available: January 14, 20, 26 and Feb 1, 7, 13 Lavander - 64% dark chocolate - origin: Ecuador. Infused with lavender flowers.
