Agave Maria

JASON KELLY'S AGAVE MARIA


Ingredients:
White salt for rim of glass
Ice cubes
1 oz Silver Tequila
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Dash of Worchestershire Sauce
Dash of freshly squeezed lime juice
Tomato juice
Pinch of minced garlic
Dash of salt and pepper
Olive and lime slice garnish

Utensils:
Collins or rocks glass
Cocktail pick


Method:

Salt rim of the glass. Add ice. Pour in Tequila, Worchestershire, Tabasco and lime juice. Add tomato juice to fill. Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste. Stir. Garnish with a pinch of minced garlic. Finish garnish with lime slice and an olive on a cocktail pick.
