Would You Eat This?


We sure would.

Previously, Chef Lee Humphries led the kitchens of such Vancouver restaurants as Figmint, The Irish Heather, Salt Tasting Room and Judas Goat. He's only been at C Restaurant as Chef de Cuisine for about one month now, last night however, was Humphries' first chance to tackle one of C's signature dishes - local sea urchin.
