Measuring 11 feet tall by 16 feet wide, the holiday attraction will be at the centre of this year’s Hyatt Gingerbread Lane. FESTIVAL OPENING FOR MYSALA INDIAN BISTRO

Vancouver, BC — For the past seven years hometown boys Davy Sangara and Paul Thind have been carefully perfecting the recipes for their Indian sauces and condiments that make up the Mysala Foods product line. Now they are channeling all that knowledge and expertise into the launch of their new culinary venture – Mysala Indian Bistro. This new 60-seat restaurant with bar service area is located at 980 Granville Street in Vancouver and will serve lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm, dinner from 5pm to 10pm and tapas till midnight everyday of the week.
