Raincity Grill begins a journey to forage specific terroirs starting with a Pemberton, British Columbia 100-Mile Fall Harvest tasting menu.  Chef de Cuisine Peter Robertson makes a natural progression with Raincity Grill’s regional tasting menus through the highlighted products from specific area producers.  Enjoy this five-course tour through North Arm Farms, Helmers and Pemberton Meadows and taste the effect of land on flavour. Chef Francois Gagnon presents CinCin's fourth annual Festa del Fungo, a celebration of truffles and wild mushrooms throughout the month of November. Gagnon's menu will feature plates starring the flavours of the forest: golden and bluefoot chanterelles, and lobster, oyster and maitake mushrooms, as well as the best white and black truffles imported directly from the restaurant's supplliers in Europe.  Throughout the month, guests can choose from aromatic dishes designed either to be shared around the table, or as individual mezzo courses. Match them to the rich and earthy classic Italian wines, stored in CinCin's impressive cellars. Dinner served nightly from 5pm until 11pm and late menu until midnight. Join Provence Marinaside this month for a winemakers dinner featuring David and Cynthia Enns of Laughing Stock Vineyards in Naramata. The Enns will be bringing some of the best examples of their wine (including the highly regarded Portfolio) to a table that include dishes of pheasant, elk, and other fall seasonal specials.  $125.
