Sanafir Restaurant & Lounge, known for its sultry setting and inventive tapas trios, has created a series of special menus that promise to take guests on a `Silk Route' excursion from the West to the East. "Sanafir has become known for its fusion blend of Asian, Indian and Mediterranean selections," says Chef Mark McEwan. "We wanted to take it a step further by letting diners fully explore the regions we represent." First stop on the journey? Rome. Toga? Optional!
