KELOWNA/WESTBANK, BRITISH COLUMBIA, June 23, 2007 – The Cove Lakeside Resort has turned up the heat just in time for summer with the opening of the new Bonfire Restaurant & Bar. Inspired by the flavours of the Southwest and Mexico blended with the best of West Coast ingredients, Bonfire’s creative menu, intense flavours, and spectacular waterfront location is an exciting addition to the Okanagan Valley.

Complementing the casual yet upscale dining room, Executive Chef Edan Fay heads up the team of chefs at Bonfire where a wood stone oven is the main feature of the open-style kitchen.
