CACTUS CLUB CAFE WELCOMES NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CHEF TO THE TEST KITCHEN

Vancouver BC – August 15, 2007 – Cactus Club Cafe is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Manville as newest member of the product development team. As a Product Development Chef, Manville will work with the team to develop innovative new dishes and continuously improve long time favourites on the Cactus menu.

With nearly 15 years of experience in Vancouver and around the world, Manville brings a wealth of knowledge to enhance Cactus’ globally inspired menu. In addition to being featured on Food Network Canada’s “Cook like a Chef�, Manville has most recently served as executive chef at Jericho Tennis Club in Vancouver. Previously, she worked extensively abroad including as executive chef for both the Canadian Consul in New York City and for the Canadian Embassy in Rome, and credits her cooking style to her travels across North America and Europe as well as at the renowned Plaza Athenee in New York. Manville counts royalty, diplomats, and a variety of celebrities among those who she has cooked for throughout the world.
