JACK IS BACK AT BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORT

(Victoria, BC) - Following extensive renovations, Jack's Place has returned in time for summer with a "buy one, get one free offer� valid through to July 31, along with an ideal venue to enjoy them, the aptly named Sunset Terrace featuring a newly opened outdoor volleyball court and Cabana bar.

Jack's Place kick-off offer is a "buy one, get one free� promotion, valid through to the end of July (excludes alcohol). When guests order any food item on the menu, they receive another food item that is the same price or less, for free. Daily specials change with the week - if it's Monday, it's Mexican mayhem with fajitas ($8) and fruit margaritas ($5), Friday is martini madness with prawn cocktails ($6) and mixed martinis ($7.25), and on Saturday, it's rack 'em up with a smoky barbeque rib dinner ($15) and rum highballs ($4.50).

Jack's Place, named after golfer Jack Nicklaus, overlooks the second green with several television screens tuned to sports events, billiards tables, darts and a games table, barpub-style fare, and exclusive brews of Bear Mountain Copper Ale and Grande Pilsner.

A great new alternative to Quails Gate or Sumac Ridge.

Grapevines sprouting on the patio, smartly dressed staff and of course, the name provides major clues that you're in a winery restaurant.

Overlooking Lake Okanagan, this sleek and contemporary affair is decked out in Terracotta, with a wall of glass that lets the views do the talking.

The menu which lures a relaxed crowd of regulars is a modern eclectic repertoire of European dishes with a west coast overtone.

The Vine-Yard offers diners the quintessential wine country experience with its 120 BC wines. Almost every seat in this gothic style dining room offers a panoramic view of all good things food and wine.

In addition, diners can watch from their seats as our culinary team artfully prepares fresh artisan creations in our exhibition kitchen. In our private dining section, you can book our private dining room, at no additional cost for groups as small as 12 and as large as 40 guests.
