Au Petit Chavignol. ABOUT AU PETIT CHAVIGNOLAu Petit Chavignol is the new 40 seat restaurant that is attached to the latest
les amis du FROMAGE. Located at 845 East Hastings in Vancouver, the restaurant's anticipated date of opening is January / February 2009.
Au Petit Chavignol will take what les amis du FROMAGE has always done and expand upon it. You can look forward to the same commitment to quality ingredients in cheese based dishes like fondue, tartiflette and more. Other menu items will include salads, soups, croque monsieur, a selection of cheeses, house made terrines, Iberico ham and Prosciutto San Daniele sliced to order. The wine list will include a selection of international and local wines by the glass, ½ litre and bottle.
The restaurant and store are both designed by
John Shields of Victoria's
Sculpinfish Design, who will help with the transition of old meets new in the historic 1923 concrete building.
