It's Time to Drink Pink


IT'S TIME TO DRINK PINK

An unfortunate truth in trends -- being ahead of the curve may mean you are quicker off the mark than the majority of the pack, but when the trend actually hits critical mass does anyone remember how far ahead you were?

We were all over rosé two summers ago in CityFood, but what does that matter when vintages change and a plethora of shiny new brands are flogging their pink drink? So we decided to rethink the pinks, the blushes, the rosés and the white Zinfandels by posting our favorites all summer long. You'll find them under the "Drink" section in a sub-folder titled "A Bouquet of Rose."

But really, don’t thank us; we’re on the bandwagon too. In fact, all that pink seems to be taking up an extraordinary amount of space in our fridge right now.
