Remember when we talked about the new Prime Tables reservations system? Apparently people have figured out that anyone can play at this game. Net scalpers in New York were selling dinner reservations at fine restaurants for Valentine's Day on Craigslist and Ebay. Here's a sample. Whew! What a set up for an unscrupulous restaurant employee to take advantage of.

There's a messy revolution going down at New York's Russian Tea Room and the diners are seeing red. But somehow it all sounds like the plot of a sitcom.

A new report shows that culinary tourism, travel motivated by interest in food experiences, now accounts for 60% of U.S. leisure travel. Sounds good for B.C.

The final designs for a "doomsday" vault that will house seeds from all known varieties of food crops has been unveiled by the Norwegian government. The vault will be built into a mountainside on a remote island near the North Pole.

Purple potatoes from outer space have Shanghai diners in orbit.
